what's the story
John Turturro, Katherine Borowitz, Dennis Farina, Peter Boyle and Rod Steiger star in this dramatic re-telling of Shakespeare's "Macbeth," set against the bloody backdrop of the modern day Mafia. Prodded by the speculations of a mysterious fortune-teller and the ravenous ambition of his scheming wife, low-ranking mobster Mike Battaglia (Turturro), kills his way to the highest level of the New York City Mafia, only to see his murderous ways prove his undoing when he turns against his mentor.
