Charlie Sheen and Michael Biehn star as members of an elite naval combat and rescue team who must destroy American stinger missiles that have fallen into the hands of Islamic terrorists. Based on a story by former S.E.A.L. commander Chuck Pfarrer, this $20-million action adventure was directed by Lewis Teague whose past credits include "CUJO" (1983), "CAT'S EYE" (1985) and "THE JEWEL OF THE NILE" (1985).
